Privacy Policy

1. Terms and Conditions

This Service Agreement is made on the day this agreement is accepted.

BETWEEN

LIFE BAKER EDUCATIONAL SERVICES of Ijoko-Agbado Road, Lemode, Ijoko, Ifo Local Government (Hereinafter referred to as the “Services Provider“)

AND

THE User

WHEREAS

a. The Service Provider is the sole owner of the all literary works contained on this site and Service Provider is qualified to provide the services as stated in this agreement.
b. The Service Provider has agreed to provide the services in accordance with the terms and conditions herein contained in this agreement.
 

IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, Parties hereby agree as follows:

1. TERM OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement will commence on acceptance of this agreement and shall be terminated upon completion of the tenor

2. POSITION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

• The User agrees to engage the services of the Service Provider as Instructor in learning on specified subject(s) by the User
• The Service Provider agrees to provide the services as INSTRUCTOR

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER

The Service Provider undertakes to do as follows:

• The Service Provider takes responsibility of teaching of specific subjects.
• The Service Provider shall provide necessary tools to aid learning the subject(s)
• The Service Provider shall provide the services diligently and with due care.
• The Service Provider shall determine the length of time to teach.
• Service Provider shall not be liable or repeat any class missed by USER
 

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

• The USER shall pay the Service Provider agreed subscriptionrequired to access the Service Provider’s site.
• The USER shall not disclose his password to third party.
• The USER must not copy, disseminate or transfer any of the work without prior consent of the Service Provider
 

5. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

A. This Agreement may be terminated as follows:
• At expiration of the User’s term
• If User violates any of the condition of services mentioned above.
• By either party if the terms and condition of service are not met.
 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

• All intellectual property and related materials which include but not limited to trademarks, trade secrets, goodwill, patents, copyrights or other materials created, developed or produced by the Service Provider during the period of engagement with the USER shall be the sole property of the SERVICE PROVIDER and the User shall be granted unfettered access and use of any intellectual property created under this Agreement.
• The USER shall not use the intellectual property for any purpose other than the provision of the service in connection with this Agreement.
• The Service Provider may not permit the use of the intellectual property and shall not responsible for any damages resulting in the unauthorized use of the intellectual property.
 

7. REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT

• It is hereby agreed that the terms of this Agreement are fundamental terms of contractual relationship between the Parties. Accordingly, a breach of the terms of this Agreement by the USER would occasion financial and other damages and losses to the Service Provider.
• Upon the occurrence of a breach by USER, the Service Provider shall be indemnified of all the loss, damages caused by the USER and the SERVICE PROVIDER shall have the right to terminate this Agreement.
• Service Provider shall resort to legal action where there is a major breach by the User.
• Service Provider reserve all the rights to the site and app.
